Part of the The Lord's Prayer series, preached at a Sunday Morning Service service

In Luke 11, verse 1 it says... One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, "Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples." (NIV) Those who spent the most time with Jesus during His time of ministry here on earth asked him to teach them how to pray- how much more should we long for the same teaching? Over the next several weeks we'll be looking at the pattern of prayer given to us by Jesus so that we too can learn how to better pray.
