Small Group Fellowship

The Pastoral staff and Elder leadership encourage those who attend Peaceful Valley Church to also become involved in Life Groups.  Life groups are smaller gatherings of people in our community which regularly meet either at church or in  members homes.  We believe that it is important to the spiritual health and growth at PVC that we get together outside of the formal worship setting to focus attention in five general areas:  Fellowship, Discipleship Training, Ministry, Evangelism and Prayer.

Small Groups provide an opportunity to experience deep and lasting relationships with other members of the church in a smaller setting and offer the type of “in-depth” bible study and teaching traditionally reserved for “Sunday School” classes.  Below is a listing of the current Small Group Fellowships and their area of study.  Check back often to this site, as other groups are forming, and topics change frequently.

    This young adult group, ages 16 and up meets Thursday evenings at 7:00pm. They will studying through the book of Ephesians.

    This is an established ladies Bible Study, meeting on Monday mornings 10:00-12:00. Darlene will be teaching from the “Life Lessons Learned From Women In The Bible”.

    This is a continuing Bible Study at PVC on Tuesdays at 1:00pm. This fall the group will be working through the “Truth Project” video series.

    This study group will meet on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm. The video and workbook series “Stranger on the Road to Emmaus” an overview of the main theme of the Bible, from Genesis through the Gospels will be presented.
