We are a Family of believers who gather together regularly to worship God and to encourage one another to share the love of Christ in our homes with our families, in our community with our neighbors and in the world with those we encounter.
“A light on a hill” Exposing people to God’s Truth- the Bible and God’s Great Love for us all!

To grow together in the knowledge of God and enjoy God for the glory of God
We believe in being connected with a local body of believers through membership. We encourage people to check us out for a period of time and then talk to our leadership about membership.
…to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,
We believe tht the bible calls us to use our gifting to serve the body of Christ for His glory. (1 Peter 4:11)
How to start serving

Here at Peaceful Valley Church we see ourselves as a light on the hill exposing people to God- His love and His Word- the Bible. We are a family of believers, children of God, brothers and sisters in Christ- brought together by God’s Spirit to worship Him and to encourage one another in the things of our Lord.
God’s Greatest Command is love (See Matthew 22:36-38).
Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
1 John 4:7-11 (NIV)
One of the surest signs of salvation is love. We love God by being obedient to His Word, and we love others by following the example of Jesus Christ and His love toward others. In our culture lust and love are often confused. Unlike lust, God’s love is directed outward toward others not inward toward self. Jesus said…
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35 (NIV)
One of the clearest expressions of our relationship with God through Christ is our love for one another. God is love and we are most like God when we are loving others.
Be Christ-like in your love for others,
God bless you,
Pastor Jim
